ABOUT THE ARTIST
Ella Faith is an Alternative R&B/Gospel Singer-Songwriter in Melbourne. Her parents sensing her destined path in music named her after the legendary jazz singer, Ella Fitzgerald.
At the age of 4, Ella found herself singing in her Dad’s home studio. Brought up on the comforting sounds of artists like Michael Jackson, Stevie Wonder and Ella Fitzgerald, it was listening to Gospel Artist Brooke Fraser that encouraged Ella music was bigger than herself. Ella’s musical palette began to take shape, blending elements of R&B, Pop and Gospel into her own unique vocal style.
Growing up singing in church from the age of 8, was where Ella’s voice blossomed. She found music to be an opportunity to express truth and light. Writing songs has been for the purpose of reaching those in need of hope.
Currently, Ella is focused on creating her upcoming EP, with aspirations to pursue a full-time music career. She draws inspiration from Contemporary Artists such as H.E.R., Jhené Aiko and Ella Mai, with a gospel message reminiscent of Madison Ryann Ward, and SOLI.
